Absent of any dissenting opinions on Freeflarum, linked below I propose reinstating Mason's monthly stipend effective this month (for payment in April). For transparency, Mason earned February compensation via Giving Circle contributions in the amount of $342.86 plus $37.50 for co-hosting the meeting with Ryan.
