Proposal: Subcommittee Head Assignments

ATX DAO has gone from 7 initial founders to a fast-growing community of over 150+ community members. Given the growth of the organization, it’s become increasingly apparent there is an immediate need for a better organizational structure in order to achieve the DAO’s near-term goals. As such, this proposal outlines a subcommittee structure that can help us run an efficient organization. Additionally, the proposal includes the DAO members that will act as subcommittee heads given their active involvement and contributions to each area of the organization.

Operations

Responsibilities:

• Meeting management
• Record Keeping
• Operational activities (Notion)
• Proposal Management
• Treasury finance and accounting

Subcommittee Heads:

Strategic Partnerships

Responsibilities:

• Relationship management
• Fund-rising
• Event planning (execution)
• Research and identify new business opportunities

Subcommittee Head:

• Kyle Krasizky (sicky)

Marketing and Events

Responsibilities:

• Community management (Discord)
• Social Media
• Recruiting
• Event planning (operation and marketing)

Subcommittee Head:

• Mason Lynaugh (512mace)

Engineering

Responsibilities:

• Website management
• NFT membership management
• Discord design and workflow
• Future product releases

Subcommittee Heads:

Membership

Responsibilities:

• Implement and maintain the DAO’s organizational structure
• Assist subcommittee heads with the execution of the DAO’s short- and long-term strategy
• Addressing the needs of DAO members, community members, and partners
• Membership onboarding framework
