Abstract

The BalancerDAO is eligible to claim an airdrop of 644,468.388 COW tokens as a result of locking GNO in the LGNO locking contract, stemming from the token swap agreement with GnosisDAO established in January 2022. These tokens are vested linearly over a four-year period starting from November 2, 2022. As of this writing, over 420,000 COW tokens have already vested for the DAO.

This proposal seeks to claim all vested tokens and transfer them to the BalancerDAO main multisig. A subsequent proposal will be submitted in the future to claim additional tokens once they have vested.

Specification

The DAO Multisig on Ethereum Mainnet 0x10A19e7eE7d7F8a52822f6817de8ea18204F2e4f will interact with the COW contract at 0x64646f112FfD6F1B7533359CFaAF7998F23C8c40 and write claim (0xae0b51df) for the total amount allocated, passing the following values for the required parameters:
