[BIP-326] Cleanup Unused Gauges

Motivation

There’s many old gauges which serve no purpose, will never get votes, and if they did get votes the inefficiencies of the pool design would lead to sub par TVL or volume or revenue. In other words, time to do a little summer cleaning. If anyone has gauges they think could be added to this list please speak up! As well as any questions about why a particular gauge is here.
