[BIP-372] Adopt SP Standards

Motivation

Service Providers (SPs) agree to protect the resiliency of the DAO and promote its growth by adhering to basic ecosystem standards. SPs agree to use best efforts to adhere to the following:

1. DAO Code of Conduct

2. DAO Accountability Guidelines *This includes adhering to any contract terms covered by an agreement the Foundation/OpCo needs to sign for SP’s work

3. Dos and Don'ts of Marketing and Business Development

4. To prevent fraud, theft and token manipulation as much as possible

5. To protect the confidentiality and privacy of data and information received in the course of Balancer work. For example, adhering to the data retention policy for communications (make Notion page of the policy) and NDA need-to-know only sharing.

Specification

If approved, these standards apply to all current and future SPs.
