The genesis proposal. Need OMEGA votes for documentation. We will be using these terms for future proposals. Guide to create proposal will be added later on Discord.

• CIP (Community Improvement Proposal)
  • All community-related stuff, community wallet and so on.

Proposal voting currently using ETH balance. Will change to ERC721 (Ownership of Autofactory NFT) once the project launch.
