Easy web interface for building mint page and uploading an NFT collection

Uploading files to IPFS is a task that needs navigation to various websites. Also, designing a mint page is much easier if the contract part was made backend while a web-based form-like interface. The developer will have to fill in details on the website in a form-like structure while a contract will be generated backend. The gas fee for deploying the contract needs to be paid by the user. Test net environment also needs to be integrated here to test the contract before deploying to the mainnet. Autominter can collect either in AMR tokens/any other crypto which will be a one-time fixed fee (can be decided post approval of this proposal)
