Sell the Rug Burner that is in the AVP Community Wallet?

After the purchasing of the Rug Burner for the DAO we have found that much of the utility that comes with owning a Rug Burner is not something that our community is using or taking advantage of. The good news is the floor price from our purchase price is sitting .3 to .4 above where we bought. This proposal is to decide if we would like to sell the Rug Burner and take a profit for the Community Wallet.
