Aviator Token (AVI) Base Liquidity Allocation

With the upcoming release of Aviator SkyBridge, a cross-chain bridge between Ethereum and Base that supports all ERC-20 and ERC-721 tokens, it is time to pre-allocate AVI tokens for SkyBridge liquidity and the Uniswap Base pool.

The following proposal, if approved, shall allocate the requested amount of Aviator (AVI) tokens from the Aviator Treasury for cross-chain liquidity.

Shall a total of 1,000,000,000 (1 Billion) AVI tokens be allocated and stored in the Aviator SkyBridge smart contract to provide liquidity for Supersonic (fast) bridging?

Additionally, shall a total of 150,000,000 (150 Million) AVI tokens be deployed to Base to provide liquidity on Uniswap?

If approved, the amounts shall be allocated for the above purposes and will be transferred upon SkyBridge's deployment. If denied, a following proposal shall be published to allow the community alternative liquidity options for voting.
