Summary
This proposal establishes a clear policy for how AVM platform inflows are used going forward.
Starting March 1, 2026, inflows generated by the platform will be used to perform AVM token buybacks, subject to DAO approval and execution discretion.
Token holders are asked to vote on whether to approve this policy. We recommend voting YES to align platform activity directly with token value support.
Motivation
As AVM matures, it is important to ensure that platform usage directly benefits the AVM token ecosystem.
Using ongoing platform inflows for buybacks is intended to:
Strengthen alignment between platform adoption and token value
Support long-term token health and market stability
Create a clear and transparent economic signal to users and holders
Reinforce AVM’s commitment to sustainable, value-aligned growth
This proposal simplifies inflow usage into a single, easy-to-understand mechanism that benefits the entire ecosystem.
If approved, the following policy will apply:

Future adjustments or refinements can be proposed through standard DAO governance processes
