Permission To BUILD on our NFTWorld Land At the Team Expenses

We would like to ask for the permission to build on our NFTworlds Land which is inside the DAO Wallet, to create amazing things for the Hunter Games, renting system and much more.

Hello guys, we are creating this "extra" proposal because we would like to hire new builders to build on our DAO Land all the things related to the Hunter Games, P2E, Renting System etc. With this move we are going to create more value in our Land and we'll be able to create, during time, all the ideas that with the community we'll have for that.

The Builders are paid and will be paid always by the Birdez Gang team, and no DAO funds will be involved in the constructions.

In this way we can build our own Island together from the ground and one day we'll be able to let other NFT project come to us, in our land, to join our games and much more.

First thing we'll build will be "The Hunter Games County" where we'll host the international Hunter games :-). It's a good thing to do together.

While the actual Land where Mik Built the Birdez Plaza could be use for Conferences and Meetup only, this DAO land will be use for the most amazing thing we can built for the good of the Baby Birdez and the entire community.
