[BUY] [3 to 3.5 ETH] Acquire 4 Apartments from Ethereum Towers Metaverse

I shared this idea in the BirdezGang discord, and Mik 100% agreed that I should make a proposal for this!

We could get a lot of exposure for Birdez Gang, as well as open up a ton of future collaboration possibilities!

Ethereum Towers is building their own twin custom skycraper metaverse, and have already done collabs with huge projects. They have huge things coming, and I think it would be wise for our DAO to acquire a few base apartments (3 or 4) before the price skyrockets. Floor for regular apartments is currently at 0.697 right now.

They are building out something incredible, and just last week joined the Blockchain Game Alliance (BGA) the biggest association in the GameFi/Crypto gaming sphere where they are joining the ranks of heavy hitters like Ubisoft, Polygon, Sandbox, Xaya, Splinterlands, Binance NFT and many more!!

They are VERY MUCH community focused, and there would be the potential for TONS of new Collabs and Exposure for Birdez Gang by being involved.

I propose we buy 4 apartments ~0.69 to 0.8 eth each up to 3.5 ETH MAX. (Or only 3 apartments - up to 1 eth each plus gas - if the price increases before proposal is finished)
