BIP 94. Emissions: Q3 2022.

The forum signaling vote hasn't reached the quorum, but it is posted nonetheless based on the specified clause:

Due to the time constraints of the current schedule ending on June 30, the 48-hour snapshot will be posted no later than on Monday, June 27.

And the approval from the Badger Council to post the snapshot.

As the forum vote signaled contention, an option to extend the current week's schedule with no change is added.

The options are the following:

1. Vote for the originally proposed BIP 94 schedule for Q3:

   • 13,448 Badger to ibBTC/sBTC vault per week
   • 1,552 Badger to bcvxCRV
   • Discontinue Arbitrum emissions
   • Keep the total budget of up to 28 k Badger/week same as Q2
   • Keep the 5,000 Badger/week graviAURA rewards at least for the duration of the graviAURA Bootstrapping event.
   • As higher yield vaults become available, reallocate emissions towards them through a public RFF and Council approval process, with the token holder vote being an optional but not necessary requirement.
   • The actual level of weekly emissions for the first couple of weeks of Q3 would be on the same level as in Q2, at 20,000 Badger per week.

2. Keep the current schedule as is until further change that would have to be ratified by a BIP. This implies

   • 17,591 Badger/week for ibBTC/sBTC
   • 476 Badger/week for renBTC on Arbitrum
   • 381 Badger/week for Badger/ETH on Swapr
   • 1,552 Badger/week for bcxvCRV
   • Keep the total budget of up to 28 k Badger/week same as Q2

This schedule means that for the first couple of weeks of Q3 BadgerDAO would emit 25,000 Badger per week, or 1.25x more Badger than two weeks ago before the graviAURA launch. It would also mean that besides the 5,000 Badger already used, there would only be 3,000 per week available at the Council discretion to launch the new vaults in the AURA ecosystem, as opposed to 8,000 Badger/Week in the option #1.

3. Discontinue Badger emissions.
