Week 3 Liquidity Mining Proposal

This marks the third week of liquidity mining on Balancer v2. The Ballers propose allocating 10000 additional BAL, a new total of 15000 per pool, to each of the following pools for the week starting Monday, June 7th at 00:00 UTC:
