TL;DR

• ACRE pool on Bancor v3 is now disabled
• This proposal is looking to cancel BNT rewards on the disabled ACRE pool

Summary

This is fairly simple and straight forward. The ACRE pool is no longer active in Bancor 3 and it is disabled as Bancor 3 is being sunset. The Bancor DAO should not provide BNT rewards to pools that are not alive anymore. The Bancor DAO can not afford any BNT emissions or rewards in the current deficit state.
