To pass, this proposal needs a quorum of 35% and 66.7% FOR votes.

TL;DR

• Thorchain will be upgrading RUNE to native RUNE Users are advised to make the switch.
• All RUNE on Bancor should be withdrawn and "upgraded" to native RUNE.
• The RUNE pool is whitelisted and deposits should be disabled. The pool should also be removed from Bancor 3 whitelist.
