Proposal: Vortex Parameter adjustment for TAC and IOTA EVM Blockchains

• This proposal seeks to adjust the MaxSaleAmount: on TAC on IOTA from 100 to 100,000

Summary

• At time of writing, the TAC vortex has over 2.8 M TAC

• At time of writing, the IOTA vortex has over 20K IOTA

• Selling these in batches of 100 and then resetting the auction price does not make sense.

• I therefore propose changing the MaxSaleAmount parameter to 100,000 for both the TAC and IOTA EVM chains.
