Proposal: Activate Comment Box and Graph plugins on Snapshot

TLDR

• Snapshot has recently added new plugins that the community could benefit from using.
• This proposal aims to activate two plugins in particular - the Comment Box and the Graph plugins.

Comment Box

The Comment Box plugin adds a comment box at the bottom of the proposal page where voters can write comments linked to their wallet addresses. Besides being a place for voters to comment anonymously, it is especially beneficial for controversial proposals wherein voters can express why they chose to vote a certain way.

Graph

The Graph plugin adds graphs showcasing the Total votes per day, the Share of voting power, and the voting power per day. This information is helpful to understand and analyse Snapshot voting patterns and predict voter participation.
