Hiring Community/Ops Lead

I am pleased to announce that @Chickn is ready to join us our Head of Community & Operations to help manage the non-technical operations of Bao and continue to grow and educate our community.

This is the formal vote to approve the salary guidelines discussed in the governance thread.

The base salary will be shifted into USDC from the comms fund and be paid out on a regular basis.

The Bao grants that Chickn vests will be vested monthly and paid out in Bao with discretionary locking in place.

As you know Chickn has been a strong leader in our community from day one and a big part of the reason I've been able to get any dev work done at all.

I highly encourage people to vote in favor of hiring Chickn for this position.
