Approve the Sushi x Bao Proposal

After discussion with 0xMaki, I've posted a governance proposal for a partnership between Sushi and Bao.

This proposal would result in:

• A builders grant from Sushi to Bao to help fund new development.
• Bao would receive technical mentorship and support from SushiSwap's team
• In return, we would focus on building our features dedicated on top of SushiSwap instead of other protocols.

As I outline in the forum post, Sushi has unrivaled shared vision in the open ecosystem we believe in, and I can see a future where our two projects continue to grow in a much more interwoven fashion.

It will mean pushing back some of our timelines and focusing on integrating deeply with sushi, but this comes with support from a new community and new technical experts.

I think this is the right choice for Bao, but it isn't up to me. It is, as always, a choice for our community.

I encourage you to read the proposal on the SushiSwap governance forum and vote here to ratify and approve this governance action.

The partnership is subject to SushiSwap approving it in their governance model as well.
