Purpose:

This proposal is to approve security bounties for two community members.

The first bounty is to community member Attenboro and it is for 50M Bao to be paid from the dev fund. Attenboro was the user who discovered the bug with halving blocks and reported it to BaoMan.

The second bounty is for user Sebo and is for 25M Bao. Sebo ran a Slither analysis (robotic audit tool) on the Bao smart contracts and shared the results with BaoMan (no major issues found!)

We want to reward these proactive and positive contributions to our community!

Both bounties will be allocated from the community fund.
