Updated BarnBridge Legal Details

The parties authorized to vote on matters related to the BarnBridge DAO (“BarnBridge”) vote in favor of the following:

1. To give Tyler Ward (“Ward”) and Troy Murray (“Murray”), along with their agents, the authority to undertake all actions necessary to comply with the Order of the Securities and Exchange Commission (“SEC”) against BarnBridge.
2. For the BarnBridge Treasury (“Treasury”) to pay all disgorgement amounts required by the Order.
3. To authorize Douglas Park (“Park”), legal counsel to BarnBridge, to sign the final version of the Order on behalf of BarnBridge.
4. For the Treasury to pay all of Park’s invoices related to the SEC investigation.
5. For the Treasury to sell all tokens that it is permitted to sell and allow to Ward and Murray to distribute the tokens.
