Reduce DAO Vote Timelines

The DAO currently requires votes to undergo a twelve day process from start to finish for any submitted proposal.

• 4 days for warm up
• 4 days for voting
• 4 days for cool down

This reduces the flexibility of the DAO to pass proposals in a timely fashion. Milad and Bogdan have suggested we change the timeline as such:

• 2 days for warm up
• 3 days for voting
• 2 days for cool down

The shortened timeline will make it easier for the DAO to execute decisions that already have been deliberated in the Discord server or the forum. While this specific proposal was not discussed in the forum just yet, please feel free to voice any concerns you may have in #Governance.
