Fund Yearly Website Expenses

Provide compensation to website maintainer for website-related expenses, namely: web hosting, SSL certs, email (up to three boxes), and domain security/renewals.

1. Payment will be made in the $CHAD currency.
2. Conversion rate will be the minimum of either the current $CHAD price at midnight UTC on the first of January in the payout year or the average $CHAD price from the previous year. Average price will be taken from the prices at the first of each month and then divided by 12. Price will be obtained from pool with highest liquidity.
3. Payment will be made on the first of each year (grace period of 1 week following midnight UTC).
4. Website is currently being maintained by @basedchadhq. If this responsibility if transferred elsewhere, every effort should be made through community vote to ensure the new maintainer has the best interests of the project in mind.
5. Maximum USD value of payout should not exceed $500, increases in this amount require a separate proposal and community vote.
6. Proposed yearly cost will be pinned in the main telegram group by two weeks prior to the payout date.
