Transfer ownership of PiggyDAO contract to the Council multisig

Proposal Summary

Ownership of the PiggyDAO contract should be transferred to a multisig controlled by the community (The Council). A previous DAO vote determined the 5 signers of the multisig. The multisig has been created here, and if this vote passes, ownership of the PiggyDAO contract will be transferred.

Motivation

The PiggyDAO contract is currently owned by the Superform Labs team. The owner of this contract has the ability to spend treasury funds. Therefore, ownership of the contract should be transferred to a multisig controlled by members of the Superform community.

Proposal Details

In a previous DAO vote, PiggyDAO voted for the following 5 community members to form the PiggyDAO Council and become signers of the PiggyDAO multisig:

• Davy Jones
• metil

The multisig has been created here: https://app.safe.global/home?safe=base:0x76090232837aAf31029430751daD86Cfd0705526 and will require 3/5 signatures to execute a transaction.

What does success look like? How will PiggyDAO know this worked?

If this vote passes, Superform Labs will transfer ownership of the PiggyDAO contract to the multisig: 0x76090232837aAf31029430751daD86Cfd0705526

Once ownership has been transferred, only the multisig can spend the PIGGY in the DAO contract.
