PiggyDAO Snapshot Settings Approval

Proposal Summary

PiggyDAO Snapshot (https://snapshot.box/#/s:basedpiggy.eth) was created by the Superform team with several adjustable settings such as who can vote and create proposals, voting period length, and quorum. The DAO should vote to approve these settings.

Motivation

The settings were decided by the Superform Labs team, with some input from core community members, but should be approved by all of PiggyDAO before further proposals are created, as it affects all future voting outcomes.

Proposal Details

PiggyDAO Snapshot has the following settings, which should be approved by the DAO:

Voting Power

Amount of votes you get based on tokens held in your wallet:

• PIGGY - 1 VP
• sPIGGY (PIGGY in Wasabi Piggy Bank) - 1 VP
• sp-sPIGGY (SuperPositions in Wasabi Piggy Bank on Superform) - 1 VP
• sp-BANK (SuperPositions in old Piggy Bank on Superform) - 1 VP
• PIGGY/WETH Uniswap v2 LP - 1 VP per PIGGY held in LP (dynamic)
• Slop Bucket holdings - 1 VP per LP (to be updated to the same ratio as Uniswap LP when possible)

Proposal Validation

Amount of voting power needed to post a proposal on Snapshot:

• 100,000,000 PIGGY

Voting Delay

Time between posting a proposal and the vote starting:

• 0 days

Voting Length

Length of voting period:

• 4 days

Quorum

Minimum amount of voting power to pass the proposal (this should start low and increase with time):

• 3,000,000,000 PIGGY

Superform Labs proposes that these settings remain in place for all future votes, until otherwise decided by a future DAO decision.

What does success look like? How will PiggyDAO know this worked?

If the vote passes, the Snapshot settings shall remain as is. If the vote fails, the DAO should convene and determine its preferred settings.
