Payments to core PiggyDAO contributors

Proposal Summary A few core community members have created projects that provide significant and ongoing value to Piggy. PiggyDAO should reward them for their efforts, setting a precedent that you can get paid for creating projects for Piggy and contributing to the DAO.

Motivation This proposal serves 2 primary purposes:

• Reward community members for past and ongoing contributions to Piggy
• Demonstrate that anyone can create their own Piggy projects and get paid by the DAO

Proposal Details This is a proposal to award 45M PIGGY to 3 community members (15M each) for their contributions to Piggy. This payout is to reward past contributions as well as cover ongoing costs to maintain the projects.

This should also serve as a signal to creators that they can get paid by the DAO for their contributions to Piggy. The DAO should welcome similar proposals from other contributors in the future.
