After receiving community feedback we decided to not set ourselves a bad precedent by overriding official results via a technical justification, hence this revote with identical conditions to pass.

Items

For simplicity, this proposal combines all 7 items of Rebalance #2:

Add ZRX to BDI
Move SNX to v2 SNX yVault
Move UNI to v2 UNI yVault
Move YFI to v2 YFI yVault
Remove FARM from BDI
Remove MTA from BDI
Reduce maximum weight cap from 25% to 20%
