Council of the Bawls Member 1

It is customary for crypto projects to have multi-signature wallets for transactions that are team-controlled funds. We have a multi-sig set up with Brandon Boushy, MejiasDev, and Ricky BAWLS currently on it. We are adding two signers from the community.

In addition, these members will advise on initiatives they would like us to take.
