BDOIP03 - bDollar Improvement Proposal 03 (DAO Fund Strategy Upgrade)

Motivation:

To strengthen the DAO fund even more that helps stabilize the BDO price better, and fund operations of the project.

Proposal:

Apart from the newly minted BDO during the expansion phase will be sent to the Community DAO Fund

We propose the community to vote FOR, and all the qualified voters are LPs at sBDO/BUSD pool and Boardroom's stakers.

Options to vote for: The Community DAO Fund will receive A. 0% of minted BDO (No change) B. 5% of minted BDO (95% left for Boardroom) C. 10% of minted BDO (90% left for Boardroom) D. 15% of minted BDO (85% left for Boardroom)

Voting procedure:

• The voting period will be in 24 hours
• The block selected for the Snapshot vote is 3980000 (Thu Jan 14 2021 10:21:15 GMT+0)
• In order for a vote to pass it needs to have a majority approval (>50%) and also needs to meet quorum of at least 40% of sBDO VP eligible to vote
