proposal - working on existing feature

Rather than creating new project, we can work on existing project, and assign task to team members with clear feature we need to achieve (like the Jira board). One reason to do it is to have new members exposure to existing codebase, having existing knowledge learned. Another reason is to receive feedback faster, it takes way less time to complete a feature and test it on test net than work on a brand new project from scratch.
