BFP-11: Hire Jmanforce

Proposal: Hire Jmanforce (ongoing) as Part-time Copy Team Member through Q1 2022.

Resume: Jmanforce has previously worked as an operation manager at an Amazon Logistics partner and currently works as a mechanical engineer performing test engineering. At his current position, he primarily handles coordination for test planning and test execution, generating technical reports, presentations, and test progress reports for key stakeholders. Jmanforce began working during the last week of 2021, working on the creation of announcement articles for the Farmer's Market (Pod Marketplace) & BIP-9, as well as Gitbook documentation for the Farmer's Market. Jmanforce has demonstrated a good understanding of Beanstalk and is excited to continue his role in Q1 2022.

Role Definition: Beanstalk Farms will need to write lots of content, both educational and promotional, for the various improvements and projects coming to the Beanstalk ecosystem through Beanstalk Farms and Bean Sprout. As a member of the Copy Team, Jmanforce will be responsible for content creation of all types, including writing Medium articles, assisting with Gitbook documentation, writing educational video scripts, and writing informational twitter threads.

Payment: 667 beans retroactive payment for previous work. 3000 beans per month, paid bi-monthly, through Q1 2022.

Commitment: Part-time (15 hours per week) through the end of Q1 2022. To be renewed and potentially expanded in Q2 2022. At-will.
