BFP-60: Pay astn Retroactively for Q1 Work

Proposal: Pay austin retroactively for his work as writer/stenographer/contributor at Beanstalk Farms in Q1 2022.

Resume: austin was previously a software engineer and solutions engineer at multiple startups. He became a Bean Farmer in October 2021 and contributed to Beanstalk in a part-time capacity for the last 3+ months across multiple departments.

Payment: 6,000 Sown Beans for previous work. austin was not paid after mid-January, when a new stenographer was hired, but has made a variety of other contributions to Beanstalk Farms over the previous few months.

Work completed in Q1 2022 (across ~100 hours):

• Wrote 2 articles explaining Beanstalk, now frequently used as collateral for sharing Beanstalk with others. See here: https://mirror.xyz/astn.eth;
• Continued stenographer work on multiple occasions when necessary;
• Provided frequent design and copy feedback for various Beanstalk Farms project; and
