BDP-7: Hire Beasley

Proposal: Allocate 7000 Beans to hire Beasley as a full time Solidity developer for 7 weeks.

Resume:

Beasley is a curious, thoughtful, college student who has a strong interest in Beanstalk and the time to work on Beanstalk full time during winter break. Beasley has previously worked in Solidity and will be able to work on the back end.

Payment: 7000 Beans paid for 7 weeks of full-time work through January 14th, 2022. All 7000 Beans will be Sown upon approval of this proposal, up to the remaining Available Soil. 2000 Beans Sown Beans will be paid every two weeks.

Commitment: Full time (40 hours per week) through January 14th, 2022. To be renewed in a part time capacity upon Beasley's return to school, if there is mutual interest at that time.

Beasley's primary responsibilities will be to assist in back end development of Beanstalk. We hope to have him submit at least 1 BIP.
