Proposal: Hire belabeantok as a part-time sound designer & audio engineer within the Design department. Full-time possibility, see note below.

Resume: belabeantok is a sound designer, producer, and audio engineer who has a multifaceted approach to audio making. His background includes scoring and production for podcasts, film, audio restoration and indie pop music. belabeantok is an active artist performing and producing music across a wide range of genres and media outlets. He’s excited to become a part of the bean family!

Role Definition: The part-time/full-time sound design & audio engineer position reports to the head of the Design department and will include:

• Work with the Design department to establish Beanstalk’s audio brand, including best practices/themes, audio logos, metaverse music, and anything else needed;
• Produce, record, mix and master audio assets for Beanstalk Farms products;
• Assist with marketing efforts such as podcasts, video content production, and more;
• Research and pitch new potential audio experiences; and
• Assist the audio lead with any other tasks or work for projects.

Payment: 6000 beans per month, paid twice a month, starting on February 23, 2022.

Commitment: A minimum of 20 hours per week, through the end of Q1, 2022. At-will.

Note* Due to external obligations, belabeantok will take 2 weeks to determine if full time work is a possibility. If belabeantok obtains availability and feels like the position is a good fit, the role will change to a full time position. Payment and commitment are as follows

Payment: 10,000 Beans per month, paid twice a month, starting at the end of the two weeks.

Commitment: A minimum of 40 hours per week, through the end of Q1, 2022. At-will.
