Proposal: Hire Beanjoyer as part-time Software Engineer

Resume: Beanjoyer is a full-stack Software Engineer /Architect. Beanjoyer has been involved in Bean from early days, initially creating the Bean Tracker Chrome extension in early November. Beanjoyer is currently leading the Pod Marketplace initiative: his responsibilities there were architecting the marketplace, full development of the backend smart contracts, and leading UI/UX development work. The pod marketplace will be releasing shortly.

Role Definition: Beanjoyer will continue to iterate on the pod marketplace -- enabling other developers to continue his development work on the smart contracts to enable new features for the plot marketplace -- namely dynamic plot pricing. Beanjoyer will continue to be a part of full-stack Bean development and will work on Bean protocol integrations.

Payment: 1000 Beans per week through Q1, paid semi-monthly. Work begins as of 1/15/2022.

Commitment: Part-time (A minimum of 10 hours per week). At will.
