Proposal: Hire mod323 as part-time Partnerships Lead in the Marketing Department.

Resume: mod323 has a background in engineering and worked as a technical consultant for a tech company and later as its regional sales manager. They then co-founded and bootstrapped a retail and distribution company to ~ $10M ARR with 50 employees during which they wore different hats from sales, marketing, business development and general management. They have been an active member of the community for several months and are now looking to utilize their skills in a more formal way at Beanstalk Farms.

Role Definition: This part-time Partnerships Lead role reports to the head of the Marketing Department. The initial role will be to empower the Cre8r DAO community to publish Beanstalk content. Additionally, the role will identify similar partnerships and work with outside creators across different channels.

Responsibilities

  • Provide the Cre8r DAO community support and information that they need to produce quality content on Beanstalk.
  • Coordinate the promotion and distribution of content coming out of this partnership via Beanstalk’s social channels.
  • Engage with and be the marketing point of contact between Cre8r and Beanstalk.
  • Reach out to potential collaborators and social influencers who can create content around Beanstalk and coordinate partnerships with them.
  • Maintain and develop documentation around Beanstalk’s marketing efforts.
  • Drive overall Influencer Marketing strategy, goals and execution around Beanstalk.

Payment: 4,500 Beans per month, paid twice a month, starting on Feb 15th, 2022. 100% of payment will be sown/siloed.

Commitment: Part-time sprint (>20 hours per week), through the end of Q1, 2022. At-will.
