BFP-58: Hire Cool Bean FT

Proposal: Hire Cool Bean as a full-time front-end team member in the Engineering Department.

Resume: Cool Bean is a full-stack software engineer and formerly worked at a FAANG company. He has been working part-time at Beanstalk and played a major part in the Silo rebuild.

Role Definition: Cool Bean will continue to work closely with Silo Chad and the front-end team on developing frontend applications. This includes the existing web app, a newly redesigned web app, and the Beanstalk landing page. This front end engineer role reports to the head of the Engineering Department and includes:

• Development and design of front-end applications; and
• Implementation of new front-end SDK.

Payment: 15,000 Beans per month, paid twice per month, starting on April 1st, 2022

Commitment: Full time (40+ hours per week), through Q2 2022. At-will.
