Proposal: Hire Max Sow to work full-time leading business development and integrations for Beanstalk Farms.
Resume: Max Sow founded a consumer neobank where he was the Head of Growth. Prior to that, he founded a community-oriented startup which was acquired. His experience is in strategy, sales, marketing, and project management. He was an early sower during the first debt cycle and has been involved in the community since then. Max is super excited to jump in and work full-time at Beanstalk Farms.
Role Definition: Business Development Manager. One of Beanstalk’s most important growth channels will be integrations with other protocols. The goal for this role will be to:
• Scope integration opportunities and priorities for Beans, Stalk and Seeds • Project manage inbound integration prospects and coordinate internally within Beanstalk Farms to execute copy and marketing around integrations • Setup outbound strategies for new partnerships • Work with stakeholders of other protocols to execute integrations • Assist in building out Beanstalk’s branding and coordinate integrations in line with Beanstalk’s brand
Payment: 10,000 Beans per month starting on January 1st, 2022.
Commitment: Full time (40+ hours per week) starting on January 1st, 2022.
