BFP-10: Hire LeonardoFibonacci

Proposal: Hire LeonardoFibonacci as a full time Solidity developer through the end of Q1.

Resume: Prior to joining the Dao, Full-stack dev at several blockchain startups. Had past experiences at a Sports NFT startup and a crypto portfolio manager. Familiar with on-chain and off-chain engineering stacks.

Role Definition: Backend Lead for Beanstalk’s solidity smart contracts. This role will involve managing Beanstalk’s backend engineers and assisting with onboarding. Will also be the representative for the backend team at DAO meetings and business development meetings. Will report directly to Publius.

Payment: 12500 Beans per month, allocated through the end of Q1. Payment will be issued twice a month.

Commitment: Full time sprint through the end Q1 2022. At-will. To be renewed upon approval of the Beanstalk Farms Q2 Budget. LeonardoFibonacci's primary responsibilities will be to help as a lead on the back-end and assist in the middleware development of Beanstalk.
