BFP-56: Pay stolenhamburger retroactively

Proposal: Pay stolenhamburger retroactively for his work as a designer/biz dev/contributor at Beanstalk Farms for the past 2+ months.

Resume: Recently, stolenhamburger has transitioned from leading design initiatives to helping other members of the DAO with things on an ad-hoc basis.

Work Completed: -Design: Designed new graphics for beanstalk partnerships; Designed new graphics for whitepaper; Designed new graphics for various medium posts for Beanstalk Farms; and Provided guidance to design team on redesign.

-Recruiting: Recruited a new developer to Beanstalk Farms.

Partnerships: Brokered introductions to new investments funds and opportunities; and Executed cold reach-outs for new partnerships.

Misc: Continued to be a resource for others in the DAO; Edited multiple pieces of content for the DAO; Provided whitepaper feedback and edits to Publius; and Worked on new beanstalk mega piece with other contributors.

Payment: 6,000 Sown Beans for previous work

Commitment: Stolenhamburger will continue to help Beanstalk Farms and will request payment after completing work in similar fashion going forward.

A Note on stolenhamburger’s Preferred Compensation: Stolenhamburger believes it is important to under-promise and over-deliver, which is why he asks for retroactive compensation rather than forward looking compensation. They understand the risk that this may pose, but they’d rather not get paid than possibly overpromising in any way. They are aligned with the long term growth of the protocol and wish the beans to be sown.
