Hire FarmerDan full-time as a Marketing Manager.

Background

Earlier this year, FarmerDan left his sales job at a mortgage fintech company to explore DeFi full time. After focusing primarily on research for the past 6 months, FarmerDan is looking to contribute his expertise and spread awareness of Beanstalk.

Past Contributions to Beanstalk

• Beanstalk Merch Lead - Creating and distributing merch-based community engagement and incentives;
• Layer3 Bounties Lead - drafting, marketing and selecting Beanstalk Layer3 bounty initiatives (20+ total bounties awarded);
• BF Community Team Lead - assisting in community-led projects and social media management, such as the community poker tournament; and
• Educational content posted on Twitter.

Role

FarmerDan's role will be a combination of content creation and marketing. Responsibilities will include:

• Creating and maintaining a content calendar;
• Managing Beanstalk Farms social accounts;
• Creating educational content about Beanstalk;
• Publishing explainer threads on Twitter;
• Creating UI walkthrough videos for YouTube;
• Publishing breakdowns of interesting discussions from previous AMAs and other Bean-related podcasts;
• Managing the bean.money blog and Bi-Weekly Bean newsletter; and
• Leading community engagement, Beanstalk merch giveaways, poker tournaments and similar initiatives

Payment

10,000 Beans/month, paid twice per month, starting Monday November 28th, 2022.

Commitment

Full-time (average of 40+ hr/wk).
