Community Manager Selection

The Mutli-Sig holder and development teams have worked together to narrow down our desired selection for the role of Community Manager.

The duties of our Community Manager role are as follows:

• Bridge the community's ideas in Discord to DAO proposals
• Formulate and create well thought-out DAO proposals
• Scheduling DAO votes on said proposals

Payment: Our Community Manager will be paid on a monthly basis, receiving a percentage of the DAOs wallet size every month based on a bracket. The bracket is as follows:

1. Less than 50 ETH, they receive 1%.
2. 50 to 100 ETH, they receive 1.5%.
3. Greater than 100ETH, they receive 2%.

The goal of this payment structure is to incentivize the DAOs growth through the Community Manager's actions.

The selection has been narrowed down to one of our community members, Stooky.

Stooky has extensive experience in the real world helping organize and create lasting business models. He has a clear vision for the future of the project, is an incredibly active community member, and has driven lots of thought in Discord over his tenure in Bear Game. You don't have to take our word for it, feel free to ask him questions in Discord.

This vote will be a "For, Against, or Abstain" vote. For means you are in favor of Stooky becoming our Community Manager, Against means you are not in favor, and Abstain means you do not have an opinion in this matter.
