Marketing/Comms Selection

The Mutli-Sig holder and development teams have worked together to narrow down our desired selection for the role of Marketing/Communications.

The duties of our Marketing/Communications role are as follows:

• Represent us on Social Media
• Create and schedule posts
• Work with artists to keep our pages alive

Payment: Marketing/Comms will be paid on a monthly basis, receiving a percentage of the DAOs wallet size every month based on a bracket. The bracket is as follows:

1. Less than 50 ETH, they receive 1%.
2. 50 to 100 ETH, they receive 1.5%.
3. Greater than 100ETH, they receive 2%.

The goal of this payment structure is to incentivize the DAOs growth through the Marketing/Comms's actions.

The selection has been narrowed down to one of our community members, Storm.

Storm has a multitude of experience in the marketing and communications space and supports other projects similarly. Storm has done a fantastic job to help those projects get their life back, and it is our believe they will do the same for us. You don't have to take my word for it, feel free to ask them yourself.

This vote will be a "For, Against, or Abstain" vote. For means you are in favor of Storm becoming our Marketing/Comms, Against means you are not in favor, and Abstain means you do not have an opinion in this matter.
