What should the vault purchase budget be?

The community and team have decided to establish a small fractionalized vault to help stabilize and increase the value backing $TROUT.

Our proposed solution is implementing a vault to establish a universal token, that is representative of the DAO, and directly tied to the fractionalized vault. This means that you will be able to use $TROUT to convert to this universal token that is backed by the vault. The conversion will take place via a swapping contract and is not mandatory to play the game; this just offers the ability for holders of $TROUT to diversify their stability options.

Having said this, this vote is to decide on the amount of DAO funds that will be contributed to the vault's purchases (which will be decided by the community in a future vote). The proposed budgets are 10 ETH (20% of the DAO's seed funds) and 15 ETH (30% of the DAO's seed funds).

This vote does not impact the capped value of the vault, and further purchases could be made to contribute to the vault. This is the initializing budget.
