社區貼圖大賽獎勵發放 Community Sticker/Emoji Contest Reward

描述：為了讓熊友一同參與PhantaBear主題的貼圖的設計，豐富大家日常在Discord能使用的表情貼圖，我們決定開啟社區提案大賽中熊友提案的社區貼圖設計大賽活动。為了鼓勵大家創作高質量的作品及回饋認真參與的熊友，希望使用社區錢包給獲勝者發放一定獎勵。

目標：尋找社區有才華有想法的創作者及大家喜愛的表情包，最終的獲獎作品有機會加入服務器表情包系列，豐富大家的聊天體驗。歡迎所有熊友參賽。

預算：3eth以內，用於獎金/獎品的發放。預計花費1-2eth， 但具體發放金額根據投稿數量會做調整。

A.若此提案通過：管理團隊將籌辦社區貼圖大賽，並發放eth獎勵或其他形式的獎品。管理團隊會對作品進行一定審核，但最終獲勝者會由社區投票決定。

B. 若此提案未通过：管理團隊將重新審核貼圖大賽舉辦的可行性及獎品類型。具體會根據社區意見調整。

✅ 比賽流程

本次活動徵集PhantaBear為主題的表情和貼圖。 在此先明確一下兩者的區別。

A. 表情(emoji)：尺寸較小，規格為108x108。如:PHB: :PhantaBear10000_idle: 皆為表情。

B. 貼圖(sticker）：尺寸較大，規格為320x320。每個sticker為單獨發送，因為尺寸較大可以有更豐富的表達空間。

徵集投稿 （2-3週） 內部篩選稿件 （1週以內） 社區投票（3天）

--比賽規則--

從以下幾個主題中選取關鍵詞進行表情包創作。作品數量沒有上限。如果有其它創意，提交時可選擇“其它”選項並填寫描述。

A.表情(32x32)主题列表：

GM, GN, WEN, HOH，思考，摸頭，比心, 得意的扭動

B.贴图(320x320)主题列表：

GM, 拍桌子，尷尬，STOP, 驚恐，鐳射眼的熊，乾杯/敬奶茶的熊，致敬新專輯的熊

--評審規則--

藝術性：作品整體的協調性，配色和美觀。 工藝：手繪作品會有加分。動圖有加分。 主題性：是否和phantabear相關。文字類作品會考慮配色與風格。 實用性：貼圖是否符合熊友的日常使用習慣。 趣味性：是否有讓人眼前一亮的亮點。

--评奖方式--

提交整套表情包（8個sticket/8個emoji）的選手可以參與角逐“最佳人氣獎”。由社區投票決定排名。

不過我們也為提交單個表情包的選手們設置了獎項“最佳主題獎”，具體請參見下一個章節。經過Admin/Mod團隊篩選後，每個主題/動詞下的參賽作品也會由社區投票評選出最佳作品。

為了避免所有人集中創作同一種表情包（例如GM，GN），我們決定採取的是每個主題評選出一位獲勝者的方式，鼓勵大家創作不同主題的表情包。我們會開表單同步顯示提交數據（每個主題有多少人提交），方便大家挑選創作主題。

如果某個主題/動詞只有一位參與者提交，如果點贊數量達到總投票數的平均值則可獲得獎品。

“其它”主題可以有＞１位贏家，根據“其它”分類的投稿數量決定。歡迎大家發揮創意

—奖励分配 —

奖励预算将被用作提供一下奖项,总預算为1.5 eth左右，如果出现投稿主题空缺会适当下调预算。

1. Sticker和Emoji两个分类中，我们为投稿全套作品的创作者开设了特殊评选投票通道，得票最高几位的可获得“最具人气奖”并分别获得以下奖品。(共8名）

第一名：0.4 eth 或 杰伦演唱会票一张 或400%魔术熊熊一只 第二名：0.2 eth 或 400%磨砂金熊一只 第三名：0.1 eth 或 200% 魔术熊一只 第四名: 一年nitro会员

2. 我们也为制作单个表情包的参赛者设置了奖项。每个主題最高票数的赢家获得我们的鼓励奖“最佳主题奖”（16名左右），奖品如下：

一个月Nitro会员+Sticker Artist身份组。

我们将在所有最佳主题奖获奖者中抽取一位追加0.1eth的奖金或200%磨砂金熊。

注: 同一人可在不同主題多次获奖，如获得多个nitro会员可指定给朋友或放弃。如最佳作品奖获奖者获得奖品，顺位给下一位票数最多的。

如部分熊公仔库存告急，可指定兑换同价位其它款式的熊。

In order to increase the PhantaBear themed emoji/sticker available in our discord server and to include the community in the creation process, we are hoping to host a community sticker/emoji contest, which is a highly popular proposal from the previous community event proposal contest.

To incentivize high quality submissions and to reward participant who have dedicated their valuable time, we propose to allocate some budget from community wallet to reward the winners.

Goal: We want to find community talent to create emoji/stickers that everyone likes. The final winning work may be added to our server emoji/sticker repertoire to enrich everyone’s chatting experience. We welcome all Bearos to join us in this contest

Budget: < 3 eth, will be used for reward winners. Tentative Usage is 1-2eth but actual usage might be subject to small adjustment based on the number of submissions.

A.If the proposal passed: the management team will host the sticker contest and reward the winners with eth and/or other prizes. The management team will perform an initial screening on the work, but the winners will be ultimately decided based on community voting.

B.If the proposal is rejected: the management team will reconsider the feasibility of hosting the contest as well as the prize distribution

✅ Contest Details

This contest is accepting submissions of both emoji and sticker. Let’s clarify the difference between emoji and sticker in advance.

A. Emoji：Emoji is smaller in size with a dimension of 108x108 px. Eg :PHB: :PhantaBear10000_idle: are examples of emoji.

B. Sticker：Stickers are larger in size with a dimension of 320x320 px. They can not be send along with text, but you may include finer details in sticker due to its larger dimension.

Please select one of the theme below to start your creation process. There are different themes available for sticker vs emoji. There is no upper limit in the number of submissions you make.

If you want to submit other ideas, simply choose the “other” category in the form and enter your description.

--Judging Criteria--

Artistry: the overall concordance, coloring and visual of the work

Effort: we give extra points to original hand-drawn work (drawing pad) and animated work.

Theme: Whether the work is related to PhantaBear. For text-centric work we will consider the coloring and style.

Usefulness: Will this emoji/sticker be used in daily conversation.

--Picking the Winners-- For those who have submitted the full set (8 stickers/8 emoji), you may compete for the "community's favorite" award. Winners will be ranked based on community voting.

For those who have not submitted the full set, you may compete for the "best theme award". After initial screening by Admin/Mod team, we will ask the community to vote for the best work for each theme.

To prevent everyone from submitting same type of emoji/sticker (Eg gm, gm). We would like to encourage people to go for different theme by rewarding one winner from each theme. We will open up a form and update in live how many submissions there are for each theme to facilitate the process.

If there is only one submission for a certain theme, then the contestant will be rewarded if it has gotten more then the average vote across board.

We may have multiple winners from the “other” category depending on the number and quality of submission. Stay creative.

—Prize Distribution—

The budget will be used to purchase prize/distribute eth reward. We estimate that our budge will be around 1.5 eth.

1. For Sticker/Emoji，We have set the “Community’s favorite” award for those who have submitted the entire set of emoji/sticker(8). There will be two set of winners, one for the sticker category and one for the emoji category. Since some prefer eth reward and some prefer physical prize, we offer the participants the options below: （2*4 total winners）

First place：0.4 eth OR Singapore concert ticket OR 400% Phantabear Magician

Second Place：0.2 eth OR 400% Phantabear Gold

Third Place：0.1 eth OR 200% Phantabear Gold

Fourth Place: one year of discord nitro

2. We also have set up the “best theme award” for those who did not submit the entire set of emoji/sticker. Those who get the highest number of vote for each them will be awarded:

One month of Discord Nitro+ Sticker Artist Role。

We will raffle choice of an additional 0.1 eth/200% PhantaBear to the “best theme award” winner.

Note: One person can win under multiple themes, you may choose to gift additional nitro to friends. If winner of “community’s favorite” award got the highest vote, the prize will be passed down to the next Bearos in line.

Due to limited supply of herocross Phantabear, participants are free to select bear from the same price range in case any of the prize above went out of stock.
