Changing Beavers Valocracy name

Linea DAM is the name given to the Valocracy developed by Beaver Builder. However, including 'Linea' in the name could cause confusion, as it might be attributed directly to Linea itself.

The purpose of this vote is to change the name 'Linea DAM' through on-chain governance, using the Valocratic community model where voting power cannot be bought.

In this initial phase, we will use LXPs as voting power, as they represent the ideals of Valocracy. Earned through the community’s efforts in the Linea ecosystem and being non-transferable (SBT), LXPs cannot be bought, thereby preventing governance monopolies by a few whales.
