MrTitoune's v2 rework bonus

Beefy V2 is now live! We can now enjoy a great multichain, blazing fast, awesome app to track and do everything Beefy!

The final work that enabled us to deliver such an incredibly quick application was performed by MrTitoune based on a previously passed proposal. When that proposal was written the amount of work was estimated, but ended up falling quite short when almost the entire application needed to be rewritten. Being that the end results of that proposal ended up exceeding the everyone's expectation, was delivered in a timely manner and with amazing quality we propose an additional $4000 bonus.

This would be an additional bonus for an incredibly done job and would be paid fully to MrT.
