MrTitoune - $2,500 --> $5,000

Since joining the Core team in May, MrT has continually expanded his range of contributions to Beefy beyond the Databarn project. Most notably, MrT led the reengineering of our Cowllector, achieving substantial performance increases and monitoring capabilities. As a senior full-stack developer with extensive experience, MrT has demonstrated enormous versatility in his range of contributions and is clearly a significant asset to the DAO. The increase in salary reflects both growing contributions and the high market value of the work he has been doing.

Design Budget - $2,500 --> $0

The allocated design budget has remained unused in recent months. To facilitate the desired increase in MrT’s funding and contribution, it was felt that this budget should be removed, leaving no net impact on costs for the DAO. Funding for design can be reassessed either by way of ad hoc proposals, or in a future contributor funding proposal when conditions have improved.
