This budget requests approval for future contributor funding covering work scheduled for the months of November 2024 to January 2025. This covers the last two months of financial quarter Q4 2024, and the first of Q1 2025. This budget is phrased as the “Q4” budget, as it has been prepared in response to performance in Q3 2024 and in the early days of Q4.

Changes from Previous Proposal

1. Increases

This request includes minor increases in the Software Development (+$5,800) and Business Development (+$2,100) categories. Each increase is sought to bring individual contributors in the team up to parity with the level of input they are providing (which is consistently above their current compensation). These increases do not change the level of compensation for the rest of the team.
